We will work with you and the parties involved in your project and discuss your expectations, concerns and needs in the process. We will tailor a program based on your desires and our pricing will vary depending on the scope of your project and your specific requirements.
Absent homeowner care
Since each home and owner is different our pricing will depend on your specific property and the level of service you require. A written program will be formulated based on your desires and priced accordingly.
Italy property preview
Pre-purchase property inspections can be conducted in the Le Marche and Abruzzo Regions with a detailed report and photos for a flat fee of 200€. Inspections in other regions can be arranged to include consideration for travel costs.
