You have found your piece of the "bel paese" and now you need to renovate your house to fit your tastes. If you cannot be in Italy throughout the renovation process, we can be your eyes and ears in your absence.
Your architect and geometra do not have the time to provide you with regular, detailed reports on the project status. A schedule of regular inspections and progress reports with photos can be arranged so that you are always current with the status of your project. Decisions that need to be made in order to continue progress will be communicated to you in detail so that you can make timely, informed decisions.
We will represent you, to ensure your project stays on track according to your desires. We can assist with the following services:
- Supervision of your home restoration project
- Interacting with your architect and contractor on your behalf in your absence
- Checking the progress, qualifications and work of sub-contractors
- Cost evaluation before the project starts, to insure that you have looked at all the possible costs involved
- On-site meetings when you come to visit your home in progress
- Accompanied shopping trips to source, select and negotiate for furniture, furnishings and fittings
- Information on shopping sources for furniture and materials for the finishing works
Regular, written reports with photographs will be sent to you via email so that you can document the progress of your project.
